Norm Doll

Mr. Doll is a 1977 graduate of UW-Madison with a BS Degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering. He is a registered Professional Engineer. His prior experiences include field and project engineering with a major design and build contractor and being brought up in the construction industry. Mr. Doll joined Pieper Electric in March, 1983 as a Construction Manager and was subsequently promoted to Project Manager, Director, and then Vice President. In 1993, he became President and was made Chairman in 2005. He has handled steel fabrication projects, underground electrical construction, industrial electrical projects, process instrumentation and control projects, and underground and overhead line construction.

He currently sits on the Board of the Mequon Wisconsin Nature Preserve and is also a member of United Way Greater Milwaukee Business Cabinet, Vice President and Membership Board member of the Milwaukee County Council of the Boy Scouts of America, Chairman of the Park Board for the City of Mequon, and board member of the Bradley Technical and Trade School Foundation. Norm is a national speaker on leadership issues including leadership development, enhancement, and practice.
